  We have worked with Bob Wheaton for over 10 years and I'm telling you that you just can't get this type of personalized services very often anymore. He makes sure to find the insurance that will work best for you and tells you about options that are not always common knowledge that can make a big difference. For example, we had gotten a brand new car years back and when we called to put insurance on it he asked if we wanted to pay an extra few dollars a month for total replacement while we had a loan out on the vehicle. At the time he asked this it was not a well know option being offered by insurance companies. We opted to go ahead with it and a few years later we had an accident that totaled the car. The insurance company was shocked when I told them we had total replacement. The rep even had to call me back after he researched what to do about it since it wasn't a common thing for them. In the end I got a brand new car and all they did was move the small remainder of my old loan into this new car and I just had to finish paying that off. I didn't have to pay the difference for the new car! Bob sure makes sure that he's looking out for your best interest and not the insurance company!
